Q1. What are the shipping terms (delivery cost, time, free-delivery threshold)?
- Free UK delivery for orders over £30. Other UK order (below the £30 threshold ) will be charged £2.99+VAT for shipping cost.
- Orders placed by 2:00pm (weekdays) are dispatched same day (weekdays only) for UK.
- UK mainland shipping times “usually between 3-5 business days” after dispatch, delivery to remote areas (Highlands, Islands) may take extra 2-3 days.
- If you require “Next Day Delivery Service or Expedited Delivery” or outside UK delivery please contact us at help@ecowonder.co.uk to get the rate.
Q2. What is the returns & refund policy?
- For cancellations before delivery: you may cancel within 30 days of placing the order.
- If you change your mind after delivery: you can return for refund/exchange within 7 days of delivery. you must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt; you then have 21 days to return goods.
- Returned items must be undamaged, in good working condition, with original tags/labels/packaging.
- You may pay for return postage cost when item is unwanted (not faulty) and only the amount you paid will be refunded for sale items.

Q3. What materials are used in the products and how eco-friendly are they?
Most of our wooden kitchen products are made of sustainably sourced bamboo wooden. Bamboo is much more sustainable than traditional wood primarily because of its rapid growth and regenerative nature.

Q4. If I buy a product and later find a fault, is there a guarantee or warranty?
Yes, all of our products come with a one year manufacture warranty, please do contact us at help@ecowonder.co.uk if a fault occurs.

The durability of our bamboo products is surprisingly high, often rivaling or even exceeding that of many traditional hardwoods.

Q8. Are the shipping & delivery practices themselves sustainable ?
For Ecowonder, sustainable shipping and delivery practices focus on two main areas: what we ship with (packaging) and how we ship (logistics).
Prioritize the “Four Rs” of Packaging
- Recycled: Use boxes, mailers, and void fill (cushioning) made from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. This dramatically reduces the need for virgin materials
- Recyclable: Ensure everything we use (box, tape, labels, and inserts) can be easily recycled by the customer through standard municipal recycling.
- Reusable: Use durable packaging that customers can easily reuse for returns or for other purposes (like storage).
- Reduced/Right-Sized: Use boxes that are the smallest possible size for the contents. Eliminating unnecessary empty space reduces material waste and allows more packages to fit on a truck, lowering fuel usage per item.
Green Logistics & Delivery
- We actively partner with sustainable shipping partners who are actively investing in Electric Vehicles (EVs), e-cargo bikes, or green fuels for their last-mile fleets.
- Consolidate Orders: If a customer places multiple separate orders within a short window, we usually group them into one shipment.
- Minimize Returns: Returns generate a large, unnecessary carbon footprint. Reduce them by providing accurate sizing guides, detailed product descriptions, and high-quality photos/videos to manage customer expectations before they buy.
